Shipping policy
Your orders will ship within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri) of being processed. All single card orders (domestically and internationally) are sent out via PostNL or DHL, however we reserve the right to choose a more suitable delivery service based upon the value of the items purchased (including tracking and insurance). Ultimately it is your own responsibility, we strongly advice to always include tracking with your order as we can not be held responsible for lost shipments without tracking by the post office.
If you order before 12pm, your order will be added onto that day's postal run and your order will be updated with the relevant tracking information (if applicable).
We cannot guarantee your order will be delivered on time due to circumstances out of our control. We endeavor to process your orders quickly and accurately. The delivery times listed on our shipping rates are estimates provided by PostNL and DHL.
We ship all orders within the Netherlands and internationally in line with Dutch Government Legislation and PostNL regulations. This may be subsequent to change.
Value-Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is not included in the order price. The rates worldwide differ a lot and we do not have a way to predicatively charge this. It is your responsibility to check with your country's current VAT rates and pay any due to your country's postal system when your order arrives in your country. I have personally not heard of any orders get hit by a VAT requirement (of over 300 orders). However if your order has shipping that includes tracking with a detailed custom's form necessary, and the value is over €100 and includes many cards there is a chance you'll some form of VAT if your country charges.
